About this property

Maisons-sur-Mer Unit 804 features a panoramic view of the ocean. It has a split floor plan with two large bedrooms each with a king size bed, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The layout makes our condominium perfect for two couples who love the beach, golf, and dining out at the many nearby restaurants. This condominium has a spacious balcony off the living room, kitchen, and guest bedroom and a smaller balcony off the master bedroom. The large balcony has two cushioned chaise lounges, a table and 4 chairs. The smaller balcony has 2 comfortable chairs and a small table. There is a twin size rollaway cot and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are four flat screen TVs all connected to cable. The living room, guest bedroom, and kitchen TV are Smart and connected to Netflix. This unit has a laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Maisons-sur-Mer offers 24/7 security. The building has four high speed elevators, a large heated pool and kiddie pool, direct beach access, two tennis courts, a fitness center, and a game room with ping pong table and air hockey. You can enjoy the Ocean Club lounge, Bon Appetit which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the outdoor Tiki Bar which serves a variety of beverages by the pool (seasonal). The owners' closest has 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a small cooler, and beach toys. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included with the rental.

There are several restaurants walking distance from the building and many additional restaurants and bars a very short drive away. Myrtle Beach has many beautiful and challenging golf courses, a water park, shopping malls and much, much more!

Best view in Myrtle Beach

We had an amazing time. The Condo was beautiful and clean. The nicest place we’ve stayed . Perfect location and everyone is nice. We really appreciated Michael at the front desk. He was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Great week!!

This the 3rd time we have stayed at this condo. We love it. Never any problems and it is a great location. Nice quiet location, short drive to everything else.

Home away from home

We book this year after year (as long as its available) and we look forward to continuing to book. So many good memories have been made as our kids were infants when we first started coming. Bob and Holy are fabulous too.! Always there to answer any questions and they make you feel right at home. The entire unit is super cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need to enjoy your week.. from kitchen supplies to extra blankets and pillows. The view from the balconies are amazing too, especially when there's a LIVE band playing at the Flip Flop Bar & Grille across the street. You can have an ocean view from the master balcony and listen to the music. Last but not forgotten.. the pool and the poolside bar makes pool days great.

My husband and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach since the early 1970s when my parents retired here. We are retired New Jersey educators who love to play golf and love the beach. Our permanent home is still in New Jersey, but we enjoy coming to Myrtle Beach often and decided to maintain a second home here.

Why they chose this property

We chose Maisons-sur-Mer because it is a very well maintained building where half of the units are permanent residents. There is a very warm and welcoming feeling here and the building has many amenities. Unit 804 has a beautiful view of the ocean.
