In a very quiet residential area, you will enjoy this charming modern house of 110 square meters, completely renovated, with private courtyards and parking, terrace and large garden of 1000 square meters, for up to 5 people.
Composed of a very large living room - comfortable dining room with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, it also has 3 bedrooms, one with flat screen TV also.
You will have at your disposal, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Internet and WIFI broadband.
Located a few minutes from the city center and shops, but also the main tourist attractions of Vichy (Golf, horse show, racecourse, water stadium, parks, spa center etc.), you can spend a quiet and relaxing .
At about 1/2 hour from the Bourbon mountains, you can visit various natural sites of beauty like the plateau of the lodges of the guards, the water of Saint-Clément, the cascade of the Pisserotte, but also enjoy the many hiking trails with enchanting surroundings and exceptional panoramas.

Grosses Ferien-Haus mit wunderbarem Garten. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einem gepflegten Quartier. Die Fotos und Beschreibung halten, was sie versprechen. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Vichy und in die Umgebung - oder zum entspannen auf der Terrasse und im gepflegten Garten. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Vermieterin vor Anreise und herzlicher Empfang durch die Eltern vor Ort. Herzlichen Dank - wir haben unsere Kurzferien genossen!

Wonderful property with beautiful garden

We stayed here in lovely hot weather in August to be close to Parc Omnisport where my husband was competing in a tournament. We loved the house - very spacious and clean with an amazing garden and friendly hosts. Highly recommend!

Superbe maison bien équipée et bien située

Propriétaires très sympa et non envahissant, juste ce qu'il faut. Maison très agréable et très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Emplacement au calme mais proche de Vichy. Parfait séjour !
