Tolle Wohnung über den Dächern von Le Havre

Die Wohnung in der obersten Etage eines schönen Hauses liegt toll im Zentrum Le Havres. Auf der Westseite schaut man in einem grünen Park und im Osten hat man Meerblick. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlte nichts. Einziger Nachteil, durch die Dachlage, wird es im Sommer ganz schön warm. Aber da eigentlich immer ein Wind weht in Le Havre lässt es sich aushalten. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand, in der City und zum Einkaufen braucht man nur um die Ecke. Hat uns insgesamt toll gefallen. Und le Havre und die Normandie sind auch einen Besuch wert.

Bel appartement, lumineux ,bien placé en face d'un grand parc boisé, proche des commerces et de la mer.

Logement lumineux

Situé au 5ème et dernier étage, ce logement traversant est orienté Est-Ouest, donc très lumineux. Voire trop par température extrême comme à la fin de notre séjour. Côté rue (Est), le logement est assez bruyant (bruits extérieurs). A notre arrivée, il était propre (exceptée la bonde de la vasque de la salle de bain encrassée). L'atout majeur de ce logement est sa proximité avec une station de tram (à 3 minutes à pied) et de la plage (10 minutes).
