About this property

We are a full service B&B, walking distance to Notre Dame campus, owned and operated by ND Alum (Morrissey Manor, hence the name The New Manor for the house:). Great for game weekends! We are in a nice quiet neighborhood. And....there are almost always...plenty of homemade cookies :) We always try to provide a clean, safe and fun place to stay!

We are close to downtown South Bend. Always lots to do and going on in town!

Amazing!

What a great stay! I was looking for a bed to attend a conference and I got so much more. These gracious hosts shared their time, their friendliness, their time. My stay was amazing and restful and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the south bend area. Whether you’re visiting on football saturdays (for those you’ll need to plan ahead), a wedding or just a wonderful time away, this is the place! I’m so grateful. Lou chmura

The only place I’ll ever stay in South Bend

Great place!

Wonderful hosts. If I need a place to stay in South Bend and the Manor is available, then this is where I’m staying. Could not have asked for better hosts, or property, and it’s close to campus too. Make sure you don’t leave without seeing the bar.

Perfect B & B

We stayed here for the Garth Brooks concert that was at Notre Dame stadium and the location was perfect. This place is a gem and Peri and Jim are the most gracious hosts. Stay here, you wont be disappointed.
