Great quiet location, 20min walk from Cannes

Despite being close to a main road into the town centre, this is a quiet block which makes you feel much further away. A lovely pool and garden. The flat has a quiet balcony, which although is on the opposite side of the building to the pool, it makes up for it by being very private and catches the afternoon sun. The apartment is well equipped with all you need. The air con was broken on arrival but a portable unit was delivered which sufficed. We'd happily return when we revisit Cannes.

l'appartamento rispecchiava le caratteristiche riportate sull'annuncio. molto bello e confortevole dotato di tutto il necessario e di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Ubicato in zona centrale ma riparato dal traffico delle strade principali. 10 - 15 minuti per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro mondano della città. cristina

Nice property , with a balcony ,in a central location

The property had everything we needed ,including towels hairdryer ,toilet paper etc and even coffe pods ,air conditioning was appreciated .On arrival we where greeted by the owner and the apartment was clean and well presented .Despite the apartment being central it was quiet . We spent most of the time in the balcony . The pool was pleasant but in fortunately there was no sitting area around the pool or in the garden We had a pleasant time in the accommodation and would recommend it .

Well equipped flat in a nice quiet complex

We found the flat to be fully equipped and with plenty of space for 5 people. We had a little technical hitch with the wi-fi but Jerome was very quick to fix the issue. The making space was a real bonus. The centre of town is a good 15 minute walk with the beach another 5 minutes. The renting of the flat was hassle free with Jerome being very helpful at all stages of the process.

We had very nice holidays in Cannes in this apartment. The apartment is modern and complete furnished. Living-dining room with enough space. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing was missing. The balcon is large, with southward direction and quiet surrounding. Our children like the swimming pool, which has a non swimmer and a swimmer area. Apartment and pool were very clean, w-lan works well. To the next beaches it was only 20 minutes on foot and our car stayed safety in the underground parking. We, a german family can only recommend this apartment.
