This cute little 1 BR 1 BA Casita #7 is Situated on our private 5.7 acre ranchette, with a huge 42' pool and large deck with BBQ area and lots of tables and seating, and is for exclusive by our 7 vacation rental homes at the property.

This small 1 BR 1 BA Casita 7 is comfy and a nice basic getaway and sleeping quarters and is IDEAL for those who come to town to relax, hike, explore, or hang by the pool. It is accessed from the Back Yard of #6, a 2 BR 1 BA which can be added together, since there is connected rear foyer, which locks off, and can be opened to make a 3 BR 2.5 bath rental if desired, pending availability. needed and if available.

We have recently installed a very efficient new 18 SEER AC and Heat unit, which serves our little rental nicely, and keeps it nice and cool in the summers. The bathroom has a small shower and sink, and there is a small kitchenette with sink and microwave adjacent., and mini fridge. We are not set up as a full kitchen, but we have a coffee maker, microwave, and a few dishes and utensils for basic needs.

A built-in flagstone table separates the Queen bed from the Sofa area, and is a great place to work or snack, and the flat screen TV can be turned toward either sofa or bed. We have digital HD channels, approx 20-30 to choose from, but no cable or directv at this time, unless prior arrangement, we could have one installed if you have long term needs. Hi speed wifi via Cox Cable wifi is provided, as well as many basic HD TV Channels via digital Antenna for the flat Screen TV.
.
We think you will love the ambiance of the complex of homes and common areas, and we have had some long term guests enjoy our space over the past several years as well as weekly guests.

I enjoyed my time here. Jerry is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The pool, grills, and laundry equipment make it easy to stay long term.

Quiet and Good Location
I'm a repeat guest to this host/location. Things I really enjoy are the relative lushness of Tanque Verde (lots of horse properties nearby) and proximity to walks in the Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon. Host (Jerry) is very helpful and the Casita was private, quiet, and quirky in a good way that hotels definitely are not.

Plethora of contradictions
Things I loved: -The location--close to all my favorite hiking spots. -The comfortable bed. -Plenty of hot water for showers and dishes. -The silent heater/air conditioner, which kept the casita cool even when it was hot outside. -It was quiet, and the other guests were friendly. -Jerry (the owner) responded quickly to questions or problems. Things not for the picky or squeamish: -Had to park in the sun--the EZ pass actually melted off my windshield. -Knee-high weeds, a pile of tires, a huge pile of brush, and various trash on the grounds, which could be really beautiful. -The flagstone floor in the casita was coming apart, leaving little stones underfoot. -Every 2-3 days, I had to catch live cockroaches or pick up cockroach carcasses, or even worse, dump one out of my drinking cup after it got stuck in there at 12:30 in the morning. -The shower curtain which stuck to me during every shower, by billowing into the 2 foot wide shower. I wonder if a curved rod might keep that from happening?
