Beautiful home but comes with issues

The shower in the upstairs master bedroom won’t drain; no hangers in closets; not enough trash cans and some of the bottom outlets don’t work. The place was beautiful but definitely has a few issues. Thank you

Convenient to Theme Parks

Enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable (pillows not so much). Towels need an upgrade. I recommend providing liquid dish soap, cleaning spray and more trash can liners and auto dishwasher detergent pods. One of the pool patio chairs was damaged, but it appears new ones were delivered before we left. Guests might also like a book of area recommendations (and a recommendation NOT to use the Chinese restaurant who's take-out menu is provided at check-in -- not good at all). All in all a lovely place to stay if visiting area attractions.

Entry Gate Chaos

The property was nice and well kept. Provided ample space and sleeping for our large group. My only complaint and the one that will keep me from booking this property in the future was the chaos when trying to get into the property. Several nights after a long day at the park we could not get anyone to answer the call button to open the gate. There would be several cars waiting trying to enter…which was frustrating for everyone! . We had to wait for someone to be leaving the property to enter. One night we called and called with no response and had to wait along with a few other cars until another guest inside the property got into their car and pulled up to the gate to open it for those of us trying to enter! I sent an email to the email address provided at check in about the issue but no response.
