The Palms 11204 ~ is two bedroom, two bath condo located in world's famous Palms of Destin Resort boasting the largest lagoon pool in Destin, Florida. The master bedroom has a king-size bed furnished with a flat-screen TV, private full bathroom with soaker tub / shower combo and access to the large balcony overlooking the majestic resort scenery. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two twin-size beds) and is also furnished with a flat-screen TV. The second full bath is complete with a beautiful benched, tiled shower. Gorgeous furnishings, flat screen TV in the living area with a queen sofa bed, your own washer & dryer, and an open floor-plan with a furnished kitchen overlooking the lush resort landscape completes this beautiful unit. Enjoy free internet and cable TV while you relax after a day at the beach. As an exclusive guest you will enjoy Destin’s largest lagoon pool beneath swaying palms or simply enjoy our many amenities including kid's activities, fitness center, children’s playground, tennis and basketball courts.

The 11,000 square foot, 259,000 gallon zero entry pool is DESTIN’S LARGEST LAGOON POOL! You'll be blown away by the 5 dancing waterfalls, walking bridges and spacious lounging area. There's a 21,000 gallon heated pool, children's splash area and whirlpool spa.

The Palms of Destin Resort features a 2,265 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center including elliptical cardio treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and summit trainers each having a personal entertainment system.

Seasonally, the resort offers a complimentary three-minute air conditioned beach shuttle to the beach access beside the Back Porch restaurant from 10am-10pm. Additional shuttles run to the Destin Commons and Harbor Walk Village.

Wedding get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and amenities! Restaurant, gym, pool, shuttle to beach all onsite. Note, you will need a car to visit stores, restaurants and airport. The unit itself was spacious with wonderful views. However, it is in need of a deep cleaning of carpet and bathrooms.

Great location (you will need a car). Shuttle to beach and restaurant on location. Good space with two bedrooms and kitchen. However, bathrooms need a deep cleaning both toilet and mold on ceiling above shower. Also, carpet needs either deep cleaning or replacement.

Filthy, noisy, and no action taken by property manager

Destiny Beach Property's motto must be 'to do the least possible'. When we moved in, the toilets were filthy and moldy, the sink was plugged solid, the garburetor was broken, and the shower door was barely hanging on the wall. It sounded like they were using a sawzall in the ceiling all night long. Destiny Beach Property did not respond to the issues for over a week and when we did finally manage to track them down, they didn't care to address the outstanding issues... not even so much as an apology!
