Ideally located between Dol de Bretagne at 10km, Combourg at 18km and Mont Saint-Michel at 18km, this semi-detached gite adjoining the owners' secondary accommodation is housed in an old renovated barn. You will be charmed by its large shared landscaped garden open to the countryside, with your private space with lounge, barbecue and deckchairs. The plus for summer stays: a complete outdoor sanitary with walk-in shower, sink and WC.

Ruhe und Natur unweit des Mont St.Michel

Urig gemütliches, altes Haus . Praktisch eingerichtet. Schöner Garten. Unsere Jugendlichen konnten sogar Fußball, Golf und Boule spielen. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Arrivés en fin de journée fatigués déception pas de sucre pour le thé ! Nous voulons voir la télé programmée sur canal espagnol, obligéso de faire une recherche de chaînes. Nous pensions nous reposer le lendemain, bruit épouvantable dû au manque d'isolation.... Tout à l'avenant.

We had a great time. The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The back garden had lots of room for games and eating outside, the cottage was a good base for exploring the region. Sabine was always willing to answer any questions we had (we asked lots !) and had provided lots of information about the local area. The local town , Dol de Bretagne is not far away and has lots of supermarkets and smaller shops, interesting buildings and Cathederal Its not far to the coast and some great beaches. We had the sun on our side and had a great time.

Schöne Gite auf dem Land

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus auf dem Land, Besitzerin wohnt gleich nebenan. Vollständig eingerichtet inkl. Büchern, Spielsachen, Grillplatz und vielem mehr. Highlight ist der große Garten inkl. Sitzecke, Boule-Platz und kleinem Golf-Course. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Idéalement situé

Logement idéalement situé pour visiter la région et très au calme. Le grand jardin à ravi les enfants. En revanche, la partie rdc est assez sombre, il est nécessaire d'allumer les lampes pour éclairer la pièce.

Séjour reposant en temps de confinement !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le grand jardin et les champs alentour sont un atout de ce gîte. Attention cependant à bien signaler sur Abritel, par souci de transparence, que l'internet est très médiocre et que le réseau mobiles ne passe pas (il faut aller dans les champs pour le trouver). Pas de lave-vaisselle également (mais ce n'est pas du tout rédhibitoire).

Un séjour très agréable

Une maison très bien équipée, propre et agréable avec son immense jardin très bien entretenu. Bien située pour visiter les alentours. Merci aussi à Sabine qui a été très arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Je recommande vivement cette location ! Marine

bien située pour connaître toute cette région de la baie et l'arrière pays du couesnon. nous avons apprécié le calme et pu admirer le ciel étoilé. ce qui nous manque dans la région parisienne bon équipement intérieur grande surface extérieure fleurie et bien aménagée avec son mini golf seule difficulté: l'escalier pour des personnes agées

Gite bien adapté pour les enfants : de l'espace dans le jardin, pas de circulation devant le gite . Des ressources bienvenues en lecture et en jeux pour les soirées ou les jours de pluie.
