The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub and toilet, 1 including a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 including 2 single beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. A separate toilet is available
The villa features a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a dryer, air conditioning, a washing machine, central heating, a jacuzzi and cleaning products.
Note that the cleaning, towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. A tourist tax of 1.54 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand, for an additional fee. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 1 additionnal guest(s) on demand.
