Plein centre ville historique

Studio agréable, correspondant à l'annonce, bien situé dans le centre-ville historique de Périgueux, avec des solutions parking et commerces à proximité. En septembre, un peu de bruit le matin et le soir à l'heure de rentrée et sortie des bureaux et des écoles si l'on ouvre la fenêtre seulement. Le petit immeuble d'un étage ne paie pas de mine, mais il ne faut pas s'y attacher au regard du charmant studio qui vous attend.
