A beautiful appartment in a calm area though close to the croisette by car

WE really enjoyed our time at this magnificiient appartment with a beautiful view to the Esterel mountains and Sea. The owner were very nice and suppportive in any matter and the pool was very refreshing after a day in downtown Cannes. We also appreciate the calm atmsphere of the residency and the friendly support of the french residents there. We definetly plan to come back because this appartment was just perfect for our needs. Thank you for letting us staying at your gorgious appartment!

Ottimo appartamento in un contesto meraviglioso

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento che si trova a pochi chilometri da Cannes. La prima nota positiva riguarda il cortile interno composto da uno spazio di prato verde affascinante e meticolosamente curato. Bellissima anche la piscina riservata ai condomini: grande spaziosa ma soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano ed è provvisto di ascensore; oltre ad un piccolo ingresso e al bagno, ci sono una cucina-salotto, con un divano letto molto comodo, una stanza con un letto a castello e una camera con letto matrimoniale. Il pezzo pregiato dell'appartamento è il terrazzo: seppur non grandissimo è ideale per essere vissuto sia per mangiare che per rilassarsi e chiacchierare seduti su delle comete poltroncine di vimini. Gentilissimi anche i proprietari: disponibili e corretti sotto tutti i punti di vista: all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare qualcosa nel frigorifero e nella dispensa, e ci hanno dato la possibilità di usare il loro materiale per giocare a tennis nel campo condominiale. Le uniche pecche sono state: un difetto di condensa di due dei tre condizionatori presenti in casa ed il collegamento ad internet: ci è stata fornita una chiavetta con una scheda dati con a disposizione 1 giga per tutta la settimana ma soprattutto senza computer può essere complicato riuscire a connettersi. Nel complesso comunque un esperienza molto positiva; eravamo cinque amici e siamo stati tutti quanti notevolmente soddisfatti. Se dovessimo ritornare da quelle parti sappiamo già a chi rivolgerci per la sistemazione

Très bien ! Très calme et reposant !

Nous avons séjourné ici une semaine début juillet avec ma fille. Nous avons tout d'abord été très agréablement surpris par le standing de l'immeuble, le jardin/parc qui l'entoure. Puis, en rentrant dans l'appartement, très lumineux, il nous a plu également. La grande terrasse permet d'admirer la chaine montagneuse de l'Esterel, ainsi que la mer et la piscine de la copropriété. Nous dinions très souvent sur la terrasse. La cuisine, américiane, est petite mais très fonctionnelle. Il y a meme un lave vaisselle (rare pour une maison de vacances). Les deux chambres à coucher donnent sur la terrasse. Le lit de la chambre parentale est très confortable. La salle de bain, séparée des wc, dispose d'une baignoire (hydromassage) et d'un lave linge (pratique aussi). Nous avons passé beacoup de temps à la piscine, réellement grande comme on le voit dans la photo, Il y a des chaises longues à disposition, gratuitement, des utilisateurs de la piscine. Il y a des terrains de tennis aussi, mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Nous sommes venus en voiture (une place de parking à l'intérieur de la copropriété est disponible) et avons donc profité des villes très sympa et de la plage. Je recommande la ville de Mougin, le vieux Cannet. La plage est vraiment pas loin aussi. Je recommande donc cet appartement, lumineux, fonctionnel, reposant et avec une vue splendide ! Nous y retournerons la prochaine fois que nous voudrons aller dans le sud!
