Large apartment of 85 m2, completely renovated, 100m from the beach of Grande Conche and 200 m from the Port, ideally placed to go to the restaurant or shopping on foot, 500 from the Central Market, with a parking space private, appreciable in summer.
It consists of a bright living room with leather sofa and large LED TV,
an open kitchen fully equipped (5 gas burners, fridge / freezer + oven + dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee makers, washing machine, full kitchenware ....), a bathroom with bathtub shower, equipped with dryer and towel dryer,

Schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattete Küche, helles Bad, zentrale Lage. Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, kein Aufzug. Vermieterin und Concierge waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz im Hof. Einfahrt zum Hof ist anspruchsvoll, da schmal und gebogen, bei einem breiteren Familienauto muss jemand einweisen.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, conforme à la description, literie de qualité, à proximité des restaurants et des commerces (boulangerie, marché). Sejour en famille au cours duquel nous avons pu apprécier et découvrir Royan et sa région.

Appartement génial mais emplacement bruyant

Ce qu’on aime: - La localisation de l’appartement en plein cœur de ville et à proximité de tout - L’agencement et l’espace des pièces - Les nombreux rangements - Le confort de la literie - Les ventilateurs dans chaque pièce Ce qu’on aime moins: - Les 3 étages à pied - Les nuisances sonores+++ - L’accès au parking beaucoup trop étroit: nous avons dû nous garer dehors (impossible de rentrer notre voiture et zone bleu limitée à 1h30, dans la rue) Ce qui nous a manqué: - Matelas à langer - Baignoire bébé - Marche pied dans les toilettes et la salle de bain
