Enjoy a relaxing holiday at this 3-bedroom villa in Rocamadour in the illy countryside. There is a beautifully located swimming pool, which invites you to take a fresh dive in the water. The villa is perfect for a 6-member family or group of friends.

The villa is very close to the nice town of Alvignac, which rests at 800 m away. If you have children along with you, don't miss visiting the Gramat Zoo at 10 km. Restaurant and general supply stores are available at the town centre itself.

Tastefully decorated, the villa has an electric heating facility. Admire the nature in the beautifully landscaped garden while reading a book or savouring a cool drink. Before diving into the pool, enjoy the sun on one of the lounging chairs on the sun terrace. The large, partly covered, furnished terrace with a barbecue is in place if you want to organise an outdoor culinary evening. Parking is available.

maison plaisante mais ayant besoin de rafraichissement

Déçu même si globalement elle correspondait a mes critères (proche rocamadour avec piscine et au calme) Maison bien située proche rocamadour et sans vis a vis , propre, mais manque d entretien vu le prix. La piscine est agréable et grande. Cependant vu le prix demandé, le bien devrait être impeccable, ce qui n'est pas le cas si on regarde en details : Trous dans les murs, rideaux avec des traces de brulures, carrelage impacté par endroits, moustiquaires difficiles a manipuler, grille d evacuation des eaux pluviales non remplacées, le trou est balisée par une chaine, decoration globale datant des années 80. Je recommande, si vous cherchez une maison proche de rocamadour, avec piscine, sans prêter attention aux details , finitions, décorations/

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis op een prachtige plek. Wat in de overige recensies werd gezegd over lawaaiigere airco van de kaasfabriek aan de overkant, of blaffende honden, daar kunnen wij ons totaal niet in vinden. Huis ligt mooi centraal met dorpje Alvignac dichtbij voor lekkere verse broodjes in de ochtend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en vooral het hek om het zwembad is voor ons een pré met kleine kids. De tuin is groot en veel privacy. Als ik dan toch een punt ter verbetering mag noemen, dan is dat het meubilair wat bij het zwembad staat. De ligbedden zijn wel aan vervanging toe en ook de parasol heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Wij zouden dit huis rustig nog een keer boeken. De eigenaren/beheerders zijn enorm vriendelijk en als er wat is reageren ze snel. Wij hadden een wespennest boven de achterdeur en het werd meteen opgelost. Top!

Très belle maison avec des extérieurs super : jardin avec partie ensoleillée et partie ombragée, piscine et terrasse avec partie repas et partie salon Le seul problème est l intermédiaire immobilier belvilla qui se cache derrière homeliday et qui est injoignable et non transparent

Séjour parfait!!

La maison a été parfaite pour nos vacances (1er au 8/08/2020), idéalement située à proximité de toutes les activités du secteur mais aussi au calme et sans aucun vis à vis, nous avons passé une semaine sereine. Merci aux propriétaires pour l'accueil et pour la qualité des prestations mises à dispositions (mention spéciales pour les moustiquaires qui nous ont permis une protection efficace contre les nuisibles). Les enfants se sont régalés dans la piscine et sur le grand terrain. On va devoir revenir!!

We hadden een zeer aangename tijd in de villa. We waren met 6 volwassenen. Er was voldoende ruimte, prachtig uitzicht, mooi verzorgd zwembad. De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en we konden hen alles vragen.
