Completely Renovated 2 bdrm, 1 bath just off Hwy exit. 700 sq ft with wood floors. 2 new queen beds & bedding. New counter tops, tables & filtered drinking water. Custom made murphy bed is the highlight of the main room as it looks like a large piece of marble. Each room has a big screen tv with roku. Unit is a duplex with parking directly in front of unit. Covered porch.Large bathroom with washer & dryer. Large kitchen as well. This unit is a upper unit that has about 14 stairs. Great quiet neighborhood. There is a park directly across the street for walking or if you have a pet. Pet fee $25 per pet. NO parties at this residence!!

Property review

Very nice remodel of old house upstairs ~!~!~! Reminded me of rental as a grad student 50 years ago. Must admit unique placement of washer, dryer, second queen size bed ~!~!~! Very quiet place, minimal traffic, really not much activity !!! Happy to get driveway parking every night ~!~! One recommendation would be to replace caulking around bath tub/shower. Loved the old oak flooring ~!~!~! Didn't cook there, but appeared to have everything necessary ~!~!~! Nice place ~!~!~! One more thing, motion sensor light didn't work the very first night for some reason, at the front door. A little difficult to get in the first time, but seemed fine all the other nights !!!!

Place has everything you would need for a long trip out of town. We had everything we needed to cook every meal at the house since we were there for 7 nights. Plenty of space for the family to relax and sleep and just relax.

Gated in back patio which is great for small dogs or sitting out. Place is nice size and well done. Nice small kitchen & bath. King bed & Queen bed. 2 big screen tv’s, next to park & hwy in quiet neighborhood
