This mid-century-style home is located near the base of Mt. Kimball, about 12 miles northeast of downtown Tucson. Here in the Catalina Foothills, you'll be close to several dining favorites, including the laid-back Fini's Landing and the upscale Trattoria Pina. Spend a gorgeous Arizona day hiking the scenic Finger Rock Trail (three miles north) or the Seven Falls Trail (14 miles east), or exploring Saguaro National Park (18 miles southeast). You can also easily drive over to the Tucson Mall or browse the unique looks at the nearby Green Monkey Boutique.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
