About this property

Villa "La Motte" has a charming view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains that surround it.
It is an independent flat with a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, the living room and the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven and kettle.
The patio overlooks the well-kept garden where children can play and it is possible to dine with family or friends or simply relax by reading a book facing the beautiful view of the lake. There is also a swimming pool and a smart-tv.
The owner Susanna and her family live upstairs and will welcome you , alternatively the keys are inside a safety box.
From June 01, 2024, a tourist tax of €2.5 per person per night will be in effect for the municipality of Luino, for those over the age of 14 and for a maximum of 10 days.
Luino is 2km far away. From the port of the village it is possible to take ferries and reach the enchanting locations of Maggiore Lake.
it is also possible to rent bicycles for a fee.
From Malpensa airport there is a train that takes 1 hour and a half to reach Luino and once you arrive at the station, on request, Susanna can pick you up.
The cats of the family also live in the garden.
The swimming pool is open from 01 June to 31 August.

Grosse Ferienwohnung mit super Pool und tollen Vermietern

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines großen Hauses im kleinen Ort Poppino. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Grundstück und der grosse Pool war ein Traum für unsere Kinder. Abends konnten wir den Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore von der Terasse aus genießen. Die Wohnung selbst ist teilweise mit schon in die Jahre gekommenen Möbeln bestückt, was uns aber nicht weiter störte, da alles funktionierte. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wozu aber auch die freundlichen Vermieter Susanna und Josh beigetragen haben. Josh gab uns außerdem noch tolle Ausflugstips. Wir werden wiederkommen.

MI SONO SENTITO A CASA

Ho trascorso il ponte del 2 giugno a Villa Le Motte con la mia compagna e mia figlia e sono stato benissimo. La casa è attrezzatissima, molto pulita e comoda per tutti gli andirivieni che devi fare con un bambino piccolo. ( c'è una porta che affaccia direttamente sul giardino). La piscina e lo spazio all'aperto sono molto curati e abbiamo potuto rilassarci sotto il patio con la tranquillità della bambina che giocava in massima sicurezza e poi ....fare il bagno di fronte a quello spettacolo di vista è stato incredibile! Susanna e la sua famiglia sono fatti per ospitare le persone, non mi è mai capitato di potermi sentire a mio agio a casa degli altri come questa volta, sono solari, disponibili e simpaticissimi. Insomma, volevamo fare un giro nei dintorni e vedere Luino, ma la vista, la pace e l'atmosfera che si respirava ci hanno completamente rapiti e non ci siamo più mossi da lì!
