Great Potential

This property has great potential but for the price point, more attention to detail is required. Better communication overall, professional maintenance for the exterior, gates, pool. The back garden should be fenced so you don't have to look at an old trampoline and a forgotten patch of land when lying beside the pool and certainly not enough seating for ten guests.

Très agréable maison de vacances

Belle maison confortable, tant à l'interieur qu'à l'exterieur. Piscine chauffée donnant sur un beau jardin ombragé. Belle expérience en cette fin de mai, où la conciergerie s'est montrée très réactive et flexible sur les horaires. Nous recommandons !

Die Lage des Hauses war ok, da es an der Hauptsrasse ist, war die Strasse zu hören, aber man konnte auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Für 10 Personen ist es jedenfalls nicht geeignet, da nur 8 Personen an einen Tisch sitzen können. Wir haben den Concierge gebeten uns noch einen weiteren Tisch zu bringen, dieser haben wir nie erhalten. Es ist alles etwas neuer, aber wird nicht gepflegt. Im und ums Haus stehen x Sachen, welche aufgeräumt oder entsorgt werden können. Der Pool wurde nur 1x während 14 Tagen gereinigt, was sehr schade war. Im Haus war es einfach nicht sauber, die Küchenschränke waren klebrig, wir haben dann selbst gereinigt. Wenn man die Schubladen geöffnet hat kam ein schlechter Geruch entgegen. Ausserdem haben einige Besucher Lebensmittel stehen gelassen, welche niemand nutzt. Die Betten waren sauber und eher neu, wir haben gut geschlafen. Wir haben es geschätzt das die Bettwäsche nach der ersten Woche gewechselt wurden sowie die Handtücher. Gesellschaftsspiel war nur ein Uno zu finden. Für diesen Preis haben wir etwas andere Ansprüche und das Haus hätte in einem einwandfreien Zustand sein müssen.

Séjour familial

Maison conforme au descriptif où chacun trouve son espace. Calme malgré la proximité de la route principale. Piste cyclable très accessible. Le jardin est grand et sécurisant pour les enfants mais il manque un peu d'entretien; Très bonne réactivité de la conciergerie suite au problème de la PAC de la piscine (merci à Charles et Rémi)
