The condo offers in this platform ad, ONE BEDROOM for two guests; Depending on your needs we offer a King size bedroom, with access to the balcony, which is perfect for the enjoyment of couples!

If you are traveling with a friend and each need their own bed, we offer a TWIN SIZE BEDROOM (Does not have ocean view)

Either bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom and closet, if you have any specific question let us know.

Alta Vista Condo offers a quiet, fresh air, birds singing, mountain blue bay. The condo is decorated with marine life details, modern and colorful Mexican touch.

Peaceful for those who enjoy the relaxation time, privacy on the second floor away from other guest using the common areas. The complex offer stairs and an elevator, common pool grill, bathrooms. The views from there are incredible as well!

Enjoy local community life, just eight minutes walking to town going down the hill, five minutes driving to historic downtown and marina. We have good tips of where to park if you have a rental.

Peaceful and Pleasant

Condo was spotless and well provisioned. Off the beaten path but close enough to access downtown activities. Had no problem getting Ubers wherever and whenever we needed one. Restaurant suggestions were spot on. Left my phone and host returned it promptly!

My name is David, I am originally from Arizona and I am an avid traveler due to my work. I live in the mountains and enjoy the tranquility and nature., I love to hunt and fishing as well.

I have been visiting Cabo for the last 15 years, I have great friends and family that always makes me feel such as home, this has become the bond to take the next step and purchase a property in Cabo. I have some years ahead for full retirement and am quite sure Cabo San Lucas is part of that equation.

Why they chose this property

I have always wanted to own a property in Cabo and to share this special place to those Baja lovers and enjoy it as I do! Now is a reality!

I love my condo and sit on my balcony to enjoy the sunrise every morning with my coffee.. Do you know Cabo San Lucas has the best sunrises, sunsets and starry nights ever? wait for the October full moon, one of the best you would ever have opportunity to watch. We enjoy of 360 days of sun, no clouds... some rain which turns the dessert into a greeen and blue landscape.

When I am in Cabo I go for a swim every morning or jog down hill on Libertad street or go up on the road back on my home, also I enjoy going up to "Z hill" with incredible views of the Pacific and Sea of Cortes.

Love the interaction with locals choyeros (born here in Cabo) or Mexicans who had moved to Baja Sur, North Americans (Expats), Canadian..they have learnt how to "take their time to relax" and enjoy every day.

All guests staying at Condo have exclusive parking access (One car), includes the use of common areas such as the main large pool, pool chairs and barbecue grill and bathrooms.

Regularly in the summer Los Cabos held some outdoors events, at this point I am not sure they will happen, as everything is moving a day at the time!. However this is the list.
