About this property

The 75 m2 apartment / flat is located in a 7th elevator and is wheelchair accessible. It is completely renovated and can accommodate up to 5 people (1 in a folding bed) It is very sunny (south facing) and quiet (the exterior windows overlook the rear façade so it enjoys magnificent views)

It is distributed in 2 bedrooms, large open living room, large bathroom (with bathtub, separate shower and bidet), kitchen with passport and storage.
It has central heating and is fully equipped with kitchenware, bedding, towels, cleaning and cleaning products, basic food, beach goods, toys ...

It is very well located in the quiet and green neighborhood of Campolongo, 5 minutes walk from the monumental town, but at the same time with easy access to / from the city (towards highway or beaches)

It does not have a garage but it is easy to park on the street, or if you prefer, there is a paid parking less than 100 m. The bus to the nearby beaches and towns stops right in front of the portal.

Small pets are allowed with a small surcharge (intended to thoroughly clean the floor so that the following guests do not have complaints) Just in case, ask. I don't have anything against cats, but I'm allergic, so ... I'm sorry, but not cats.

Smokers are welcome in my apartment, but I also prefer that you notify. Smoking is only allowed in the living room and kitchen, not in the bedrooms. I promise to ventilate the floor well so that non-smokers don't have any complaints.

In the apartment there are all kinds of brochures and tourist books so you can decide the places you prefer to visit, including routes that we have prepared in case you ask for our advice.

Lovely Flat

We really enjoyed staying in this property. It was very clean, had all the facilities you would need. In general it was very cosy too. Would recommend this flat for anyone looking for a place in Ponteverda. There's also a lovely cafe that's very reasonably priced just down the street. Definately worth a visit

Great property.

Eva was great to work with. She was wonderful at corresponding. It was an easy to walk to the City Center. Nice coffee shop right down the street also. Excellent price for the apartment. I would highly recommend this place.

Genial en todos los aspectos.

Hemos estado 11 dias en el piso y realmente todo ha sido perfecto. Las instalaciones estan nuevas, todo funciona correctamente. La calefaccion funcionaba muy bien sobre todo en estos días de frio. El piso esta muy bien situado y es una zona muy tranquila. Esta muy bien equipado en tema toallas, mantas y ropa de cama, utensilios de cocina...todo te hace la estancia mas facil y pos supuesto Eva super atenta, cualquier duda nos la respondia al momento. Nosotros encantados. Un 10 .

Encantada con la casa

Una casa estupenda en la que todos nos hemos encontrado muy cómodos. Está situada cerca del casco histórico y a pie llegas en diez minutos al cogollo de la ciudad. Además hay autobús en la misma puerta que te lleva a las playas. El piso es igual que en la foto, bien equipado y limpio. Tiene unas vista muy buenas que se aprovechan desde casi toda la casa. Lo aconsejo cien por cien.
