Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 302!
Please be aware before you make a booking that this unit owner requires staying 14 days or longer Saturday to Saturday. 3rd floor over the courtyard with a beautiful view, this condo sleeps 6 with all you need for a beach vacation. Bunk beds for the kids and fully equipped kitchen and king bed in master bedroom is a traveler's home away from home.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are not guaranteed.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.

We have installed keyless entry to each unit. The parking passes will be inside.

My name is Cate, and I am the condo vacation rental manager at Hacienda del Sol II. I enjoy meeting everyone and seeing happy memories unfold for all who come to stay for a few days, a week or even a few months. Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.

Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. We have numerous surf schools and rental shops to keep everyone happy. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves!

Boat rentals, charters, and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, giving offshore fishers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
