Quiet, in a private residence close to the forest, Ideally located, at a few kilometers from the beautiful and authentic Provencal village of Valbonne (festivities, good restaurants and Provencal market all summer!), Brague (picnic at the river), forest and shops and medical office on foot 5 min. At 20 min. from Cannes, Antibes, Grasse and 25 min. from Nice airport. Between sea & mountains and near the most beautiful typical villages like Biot, Mougins, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, ... Have a nice summer on the French Riviera, away from the crowds!

After the beach or the visits, find the peace of our home of architect on one level, with American kitchen very equipped and living room giving on a shaded terrace, 3 air-conditioned rooms among which 2 with beds doubles (6 beds + 2 sleeps possible on convertible sofa), 3 bathrooms, nice stay air-conditioned opened on new kitchen, nice swimming pool (10x5), pool house and big sported garden of 1500 m2 without person opposite.

This house is ideal for a family, with outside a large trampoline and inside board games, Wifi access.

Golfers are welcome and can perfect their swings in one of the 7 courses within 20 minutes (Golf Grande Bastide, Golf Opio Valbonne, ...).

Séjour reposant au soleil

3 semaines passées dans une maison agréable au calme. La grande piscine, le jardin ombragé et la terrasse couverte ont été très appréciés. La proximité de la boulangerie et du supermarché est pratique. Le centre de Valbonne et son marché sont très agréables et à quelques km en voiture. Chloé et Arnaud sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins pour les locataires. Ils avaient mis à disposition de nombreux livres pour tous les âges, des jeux de société et de nombreuses suggestions de ballades et sorties dans les environs. Un grand merci.

Très agréable séjour

Le propriétaire est très sympathique et toujours disponible. La maison est fonctionnelle et son emplacement est idéal pour visiter une bonne partie de la Côte d’Azur. Je recommande vivement cette location . Merci à la famille Goumain.
