Ski-in on the SkiWay! This perfect in-town location is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and nightlife and only 25 yards from the free shuttle stop or a short walk to the gondola. This townhouse is one of the most desirable in Breckenridge! This recently renovated townhome is in the middle of Historic Breckenridge. The townhome is a two-floor unit located on the top floor of the building offering views and wide-open sky with private balconies off the living room and each bedroom. The living room is spacious and has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. There is a private deck off the living room with a propane grill. The kitchen is well stocked for family meals and there is plenty of dining space with a separate eating area and kitchen bar. This unit has a 1-car garage.

This home has a king master suite with a TV and ensuite 5-piece bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a TV and a shared full bath. The third bedroom features a twin-over-queen bed. There is additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

End of Ski Season Weekend
Property was easy to find, but didn't care for 3 flights of stairs after a hard day of skiing. TH was clean (although we found beer cans and bottles in the drawers) and comfortable for 3 couples. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, to include complementary Breckenridge Roasted coffee - I'm told it was good. There were some minor maintenance issues, but otherwise everything ran fine. The TH is also in close proximity to Yellow Bus Route so we took advantage of that to get up to Peak 7. Good stay, but probably will not stay here again - we're all old and don't like the stairs.

The property was in a great location but wasn’t a ski in and ski out. To get to the slopes you had to catch a bus. Lighting in the bedrooms was really dim. Overall, it’s a great property.

Amazing location Cute Condo
Our stay was really good! The property location was perfect. We had a couple of issues. One being our suburban did not fit in the garage. We had two suburbans in our group so parking was an issue. Then there were dirty towels on the balcony and a fake eye lash strip in our bed. There were washer and dryers on site so we were able to clean the sheets. Other than that the property was nice and accommodating.

Perfect Ski Stay
Overall our stay was fantastic. Property is just a short walk to gondola and downtown Breck. My assumption was that a wide view camera was used to take photos from listing (they could be), but after walking in, there was plentiful space and lots of seating to relax after a long day on the slopes. We slept 6 adults comfortably. Any more might start to get crowded. My ONLY complaint would be that the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. The perks of this property outweigh my uncomfortable bed though.
