The apartment not overlooked is located on the top floor of a secure residence with swimming pool, landscaped park and parking space at the foot of the building. It includes a living room-kitchen with click-clack, an independent air-conditioned room served by a small corridor with tidying up and a room of water with toilet. It has a very pleasant covered terrace. New household appliances. Sheets and towels provided. It is a stone's throw from shops, the pier for the shuttle to Fort de France and the family beach of Anse à l'Ane where many nautical activities are offered.
