Recently renovated, 3 large bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Master bath has over sized walk-in shower. Another bedroom with 2 twin beds has a tub shower combo with deep tub for a great soak. The third bedroom and full bathroom is located on 1st. floor also with queen bed and walk in shower. Kitchen and living room open to each other. Large working Gas fireplace. Separate exquisite dining room. lots of oversized windows throughout the house. Gardens to die for with large deck. Finished basement with 51 inch tv.
Washer Dryer. Easy walk to the village of Camp Hill; shops, restaurants. Very convenient to major roadways. Home only available for a full month minimum.

Not as described

The house did not have a back door, only a storm door which posed a safety issue for us. Disgusting cob webs were found downstairs in the family room. There was hair on the pillow on the couch and urine on the toilet seat. There were cold cuts and a 1/2 sandwich in the fridge. The first question we asked was about cleanliness at this time of COVID. We tried to contact the owner to make a plan and discuss but she didn’t answer until VRBO called her. Needless to say, we left after 2 hours!

Getaway to Camp Hill

The property was exactly as described, recently renovated and very lovely. The neighborhood was wonderful, perfect for lots of walking. Friends and family (5 of us) were gathering for a change of scenery and the house was perfect for that, each bedroom with its own bath and a nice deck for our evening cocktails and conversation.
