About this property

Welcome! Thank you for choosing our cozy condo. Everything is supplied for a comfortable stay. Here you will find new beds and with mattress covers, including king beds in the master bedroom and the downstairs bedroom. The kids will love their own loft area complete with their own bed, and there is also a full futon bed that sits off of the loft. A Smart TV is installed in every bedroom for viewing pleasure. All towels and linens have also recently been replaced.

We have plenty of fun options for day trips near the condo. These include a relaxing soak and lunch at the Pagosa Hot Springs, the beautiful mountains of Telluride, historic Mesa Verde, and of course Silverton and Ouray which make this condo a great base camp for all your adventures in the beautiful San Juan mountains.
There are endless hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, ATV and UTV trails, etc. Purgatory Ski Resort also has plenty to do in every season for the whole family. The town of Durango is 26 miles south with shopping, dining, rafting, walking trails, and our gorgeous Animas River. And of course, the biggest tourist attraction yet, the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad which departs from Durango and is complete with a full museum displaying this wonderful piece of history. Nice comfortable condo

Convenient to Purgatory. Made it even easier with the shuttle. The kids really enjoyed the pool we enjoyed the hot tub and the nice relaxing area and game room in the lodge. Overall I believe the price fits the condo.. thank you for a nice stay. 😊

Best Value in Purgatory

This was our second family ski week at this condo and we wholeheartedly recommend it as the best value and most convenient for families wanting to maximize time on the slopes - we love the on-site ski rental and we always use the shuttle that picks up steps from this block of condos. This year brought 25” of powder midway through our stay and we made great memories sitting in the huge outdoor resort hot tub while the snow fell around us. The condos crockpot was something we used daily and we always appreciate the well stocked kitchen. We plan to return in 2024!

Will not rent this unit again!

Master bedroom: very buggy in bathroom ceiling and almost unusable sink with only trickling cold water. The screen door is stuck and can’t be opened. I thought the bedsheets weren’t cleaned, so I stripped them to rewash and found some critter’s droppings under. (Got pictures of you are interested) Second upstairs bathroom: Missing toilet paper holder and a cracked in the shower wall. Dryer airduck only connect to a bucket sitting next to it. Lint’s flying about when one opens the laundry doors.

Family vacation

Loved how spacious the condo was! Having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms plus the loft was really nice. Easy parking right below the condo. Well equipped kitchen. Very responsive owner; We had some issues with the lights, and came over quickly and fixed them. Only complaint was the bathrooms. One of the bathroom had a sink and bathtub that drained so slow that it was unusable, so we just used two bathrooms. The other two bathrooms had low water pressure and draining issues as well, but not as bad. Loved having a washer and drier in the condo, and appreciated the nice big dining room table! Complex amenities were great; We visited the pool, the game room, the tennis courts and the gym! There's some nice hiking trails nearby, and small lakes for paddle boarding. Great trip!

Not as expected, but nice!

Out of date furnishings, and not enough fans. Since there is no AirConditioning, the place should have had more fans, especially in the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have had some seating on the decks too. But overall a good place to stay!
