Approximately 822 square feet, this exquisite One- Bedroom Ocean Front resort suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Sofa Bed including a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom and laundry situated in the common area. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and Stove/Range.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Solara Surfside are Miami International (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale International (FLL) which are 14 miles and 19 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Solara Surfside we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

*** Parking Policy ***

STRICT GUIDELINE: Parking is very limited. One vehicle allowed per unit depending on availability. Larger vehicles such as trucks and SUVs cannot be accommodated. Current pricing: Owners 1 car limit per reservation $10.00 per day; otherwise $20.00 per day or $10 for less than 4 hours. Metered street parking is available for additional vehicles.

*** Pet Policy ***

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. However, pets are permitted in RV parks only.

*** Smoking Policy ***

No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area.

Terrible first time experience !!!!

Upon arrival Property was unable to find reservation. Also the owner of Unit canceled our last night that was reserved months in advanced. VRBO was unable to place me in another room costing us an extra $250. Unbelievable experience for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Thanks alot for basically ruining it.

I was on my flight from Virginia to Florida when I received a text at 1pm telling me my room that I had booked and paid for over 2 months in advance was not available. My flight was landing at 3:30pm and we were supposed to check in at 4pm. So I got a 3 hours notice on the day of my vacation that my room was no longer available. Picture this, sitting at the airport with your 2 kids crying because you had nowhere to go. Then driving to Solara, hoping it was a mistake, and crying in their lobby. I spent all this money then had to wait 5 days for a refund so I had to pay for somewhere else out of pocket. Imagine if I didn’t have that extra money! My dream vacation was an absolute nightmare. I’m not sure who dropped the ball on this one but I hope you realize what my kids and I went through is beyond unacceptable!

Much needed vacation

Didn’t like the scheduling to use the pool Beach was nice, liked having the chairs and umbrelllas Parking was great All the front desk people were nice Sad that 2 different families who were going to spend Easter with us were told days before that the units they were renting were sold.

Awesome weather

Pros Short distance to beach Beach towels provided Clean Covid precautions taken were great. Short distance to many shops and restaurants. Beach chairs are provided Cons Parking is limited and employees can park behind you which blocked us in. No oceanfront view unless you rent the 2 bedroom units. Hot tub was closed for maintenance. Daily parking fee Off busy street and traffic is terrible You have to reserve a time to use the pool All in all we had a good time despite some of the negatives.

So close to the beach!

There was some hiccups on arrival and check in but everything ended up good. Once we got to the room, the view was decent but the room was perfect for us! Loved having the kitchen, living half bath and full bath! Made our stay very easy and relaxing! The beach access was perfect! We literally spent most of our time at the beach or in our room so I'd sat it was great!
