Final Four 2024 Trip

The property was clean, well stocked with equipment, and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to downtown easily for restaurants and events. Tom was super easy to communicate with, as well.

Pleasant Stay

We stayed at this property to attend three games between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the New York Yankees. Checking in was quick and easy. The home was spotlessly clean. Everything we needed to have a comfortable stay was provided. We were very pleased and impressed with this property. Communication with the owner was perfect and checking out was also quick and easy. I highly recommended staying at this property.

Our third stay

For the last 3 years my brother and I stayed for spring training. The location is great to get to all the spring training ballparks. Also, the local restaurants are great.

Relaxation!!

The overall stay was amazing .. the house has everything that u could think of even down to q-tips we enjoyed it very much so very quiet peaceful relaxing and a lot of comfort would definitely pick here to stay again !!

The house was built as infill on a vacant property in one of Phoenix's historic districts, The Garfield, which is experiencing a renaissance of sorts with many new construction and rehab projects currently taking place. Walk the streets where quaint bungalows from the 1910s are intermixed with designs from later decades which mix in a recipe that is uniquely The Garfield's. The district borders the Central City, The Roosevelt Arts district, 2 freeways, and has quick access to Sky Harbor Airport, Arts and Science forums, along with various live performance venues like the Orpheum Theater and Symphony Hall.
