About this property

House with 4 cottages, at the entrance of the village, to walk to the village to various shops such as restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco, gas. They are very pleasant and bright thanks to their large bay window of 4 meters with a superb view of the Sposata mountain and the convent of St. Francis.

The swimming pool 4 x 10 m is common to the cottages and guest rooms.

Gite of 65 m2 from 4 to 6 people consists of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 room with 2 beds 90), a sitting area with possibility of sleeping, a terrace of 25 m2, d 'a kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster), a TV, a garden furniture with barbecue, a bathroom with shower 90 cm and a toilet independent, WIFI. Private parking is shared between the 3 cottages.
