El Puerto Apartments are located at the entrance of the Old Port also known as the Malecon. The apartment is located on the first floor and it has one two bedrooms with 3 queen beds total and 1 bathroom. This apartment is perfect for a group of people who just want to explore Rocky Point all day around since it only has beds and a bathroom ! No Kitchen. As you walk out of the door there is a great balcony with views to the Sea of Cortez. There’s a restaurant and benches for you to enjoy a great meal. Fish markets, restaurants, curios shops, pharmacies, bars, fishing charters, boat cruises are located within steps of the apartments. There is a big space for parking and there are people that watch over the parking space over the night so that you do not have to worry about anything. One of the most popular bars and restaurants are located in the old port for you to enjoy and get to know Rocky Point and its culture. If you do not know where to go or what to do during your stay we have a special person that can drive you around places and take you to the places that might be of your interest.Los Apartamentos El Puerto están ubicados a la entrada del Puerto Viejo, también conocido como el Malecón. Not at all like advertised

We got to the room and it was nothing like we expected. My daughter immediately started to look for a different location to stay, because of the lack of cleanliness & smell. I spoke with the property manager to let her know we would not be staying & asked for a refund. Which she stated she would provide, but insisted we stay at another one of her properties. We refused and ask for the refund again, because the room was completely unacceptable. It has been 17 days & I still have not received my refund.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Beds had no box springs matress was atop plywood. Room used to be an office the master bedroom was a converted cashier room. Other guests were loud and fighting at all hours of the night.
