It is composed of a kitchen (induction hob, hood, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven), a living room with a sofa bed with a real box spring and a real mattress in 140x190cm (Double) (unfolds easily).
It has: - a bedroom with a double bed of 160x200cm (King Size) overlooking a veranda.
Storage available in the apartment.
And finally a charming veranda is accessible from the room.

Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day.

The apartment is 400 m from the SNCF station and the bus station from which buses depart for La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand in winter as well as shuttles to Geneva and Lyon airports.

🅿️The nearest car parks are the Bonlieu car park and the Courrier car park both located 3 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.

When you leave, the bins must be brought down in the dedicated room at the bottom of the building in front of the elevator, the dishes must be washed and stored.
