About this property

Welcome to a special home nestled among the Pinion trees with a picturesque view of the Collegiate Peaks. The unique six-sided design of the home provides views of different mountains that surround the property and the valley. There are three decks that provide outdoor space for outside gatherings or a quiet evening under the stars. The home is a short bike ride or drive to Buena Vista, ski resorts, hiking trails, fishing lakes, hot springs, and white water rafting on the Arkansas River.

Our two-story home includes a large living area, kitchen and dining area upstairs. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs, including the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom. One bedroom and one bathroom is located downstairs, along with a secondary kitchen, living area, laundry room and family room. Please read Rental Agreement and Policies prior to booking reservations for more details about the home. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 people and will be strictly enforced. No RV's, tents, trailers or other accommodations that would be used for additional people are permitted on the property at any time. Beautiful views, comfortable and spacious home

Our group of four older adults stayed three nights at this lovely property. There was more than enough space for us, and we loved the views from each of the decks. (There are several decks and views facing different directions, catching magnificent views). We were fortunate to see a spectacular sunset one evening, and a deer grazing another evening. The beds and baths were clean and comfortable. Communication was quick and easy through the whole process. We'd love to come back another year!

Fantastic Views of Collegiate peaks. Great location

This place is in a great location. Easy to find. Quite area with a breathtaking view of the collegiate peaks. Hummingbirds and deer everywhere. Beds were very good. Lots of room to spread out. It was unusually hot while we stayed so it did get very warm in the house in the evenings before sunset. The windows with the best view faced the setting sun. So no way to change that. Cooled off quickly after sunset. There was one window fan, but could have used one in every room. Two sets of washer and dryer’s and a downstairs kitchen (but the stove did not work in the basement, not that we needed it). If you cook, bring your own aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and spices (there wasn’t any). The gas grill did not work very well If you have pets talk to the host before you book. Cleaning and pet fees seemed higher than many others. Overall, the location and fantastic views made it a very enjoyable stay. Buena Vista has a lotto offer and do!

We had a great time at Dawn’s place! The views from the balcony are amazing and we ate outside for all of our meals. Great for a group enjoying some time in BV!

Wonderful Stay in beautiful Buena Vista

Amazing location at the base of the mountains. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay feel like home. The deer came to visit everyday and we enjoyed the amazing views from the deck.
