This upscale townhome is located in The Mariner’s Club, which is a gated, oceanfront Key Largo vacation community. This is a large, three-story townhouse (2,498 sq. ft) with a bedroom on each level. Take advantage of your private balcony equipped with a convenient gas grill and outdoor dining area, which makes it the best place to host a BBQ and treat your friends to tasty meals. The Mariner's Club features tennis courts, a clubhouse featuring a pool table, Ping-Pong table, foosball table, seating areas, a full-service marina and on-site diving, fishing and water sports rentals, a shared hot tub, and the largest pool in Florida Keys as well as a romantic jacuzzi grotto. Boaters have a 43 slip full-service marina which accommodates up to 60-foot vessels. Rent a slipper board foot per night. This needs to be coordinated and reserved directly with Mariner's Club Marina by the guest prior to arrival.

Key Largo is known as the Dive Capital of the World and there are several diving charters available. Diving, snorkeling, and glass-bottom boating in the clear waters of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary are fantastic experiences. Key Largo is home to the world's largest artificial reef, the 510-foot USS Spiegel Grove, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, and the African Queen.

Dock details: Must call ahead and pay marina for boat docking. A fee will be charged and paid directly to the marina. Space is limited and is on a first come first serve basis.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
