Knysna Manor House - Single Room

Knysna Manor House is a unique 18th century restored guesthouse, offering guests a relaxing environment whilst either travelling for business or pleasure.

The deck of Knysna Manor House offers guests amazing views of the Knysna Lagoon, and the swimming pools allows guests to cool off at the end of a long day touring the beautiful Garden Route.

We are centrally situated and within walking distance to all shops, banks, restaurants and the Knysna Waterfront.

Free wi-fi internet access is available for all guests.

Each of our rooms has an ensuite bathroom and tea / coffee making facilities. Extra blankets, heaters or fans are situated in each room ensuring the comfort of our guests and that they are made to feel at home.

A full breakfast is served daily in either the dining room, or on the deck overlooking the Knysna Lagoon.

About the host

My husband and I originally purchased Knysna Manor House for my parents to run in their retirement. Brenda at aged 80 officially retired this year, and my very competent sister and brother in law have taken to the guesthouse like a duck in water. Richard takes care of the front desk and maintenance, whilst Mandy works tirelessly behind the scenes with our three housekeeping staff. With such a great team working at the guesthouse, we hope to ensure that you experience an amazing home away from home stay with us.

If you are looking for a home away from home environment (housed in the original home of the mayor of Knysna and built in 1896), then this is the place for you. Offering 13 rooms, and accommodating up to 30 guests, we have 4 different room types.
