Perch Cove is what vacations are all about, taking the time to enjoy the simple pleasures with friends and family. For a lot of people, the memory of catching that first small perch, or seeing your kid catch one, is something to be cherished. Perch Cove is dedicated to moms and dads, brothers and sisters, and close friends sharing old memories and making new ones. This 1 bedroom cabin features a king bed and large bathroom that makes it a favorite for couples’ getaways. A large, open ready to cook kitchen and living room makes it simple for everyone to enjoy meals, movies, and games together. In the evening, the private back deck invites you to grab a glass of wine and watch the night come alive with the sound of crickets and frogs and night birds. Perch Cove is located within a few minutes of the state park and lake and is an easy drive to other adventures, shopping, dining, trout fishing, and kayaking.

The cabin has a level, easy access parking area, with a circle drive and plenty of room for boat and ATV trailers

This cabin is NOT pet friendly

Check in time is 4PM or later. Check out time is 11AM. Additional fee of $100 will apply to late check-outs unless otherwise approved. All cabins are Non-smoking. RVs, Campers, and Tents are not allowed to be used on cabin property, overcrowding fees will apply. ATV and similar vehicles are not allowed to be ridden on the cabin property. The use of Fireworks and/ or Guns is prohibited on cabin property. Hot tub covers are to remain in place when not in use. Do not stand, sit, dance, or otherwise use the cover for anything other than its intended purpose. Pets are welcome at Kiamichi Cabins on a Cabin by Cabin Basis with the following restrictions: Maximum of two (2) dogs. If bringing a single dog, the weight limit is 80lbs. If bringing 2 dogs, the weight limit per dog is 40lbs. No dogs are to be left unattended. All dogs must be kenneled if left at cabin. Dog kennels are available for rental from Kiamichi Cabins. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on the furniture. An additional fee of $20 per night will apply - regardless of how small or cute your dog is. Property damage or excessive cleaning will incur an additional expense.

Getaway Weekend

This cabin is “as advertised”. We loved the location and the seclusion. It was very clean and was very well stocked with towels, linens, and everything else needed. Contrary to some reviews I’ve read, it isn’t hard to find at all. GPS carried me straight to it. It’s right across from the butcher shop, which you will need to visit. It’s only 3-4 minutes to The Greatful Head Pizza place. If you are considering this cabin, I would strongly recommend it. I am very picky so if I say it’s great, then it’s great!

Peaceful Cabin Close to Town

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was situated nicely, and it was quiet and comfortable. The only complaints we had were that it smelled a little musty when we first arrived, and it wasn't as clean as it could have been. The vacuum job was a little haphazard and we were disappointed that the deck and deck furniture were so dirty because it kept us from enjoying sitting outside. Since we had to pay a pretty steep cleaning fee, we expected it to be a lot cleaner. As to that: it seems a bit much to expect those staying there to throw a load of towels in the laundry before leaving. Why not wait and wash those with the sheets? Still and all, we did enjoy our stay. It just needs a little extra TLC to be perfect!

RLT Stay on Broken Bow.

Comfortable, spacious cabin. In good location. Inside was clean and everything worked well. Only negative was outside patio, patio furniture, and front porch should have cleaned.

Nice Cabin

Wife and I spent the weekend celebrating anniversary. Check out day I went out hiking early. So with our vehicle not in driveway cleaning person came and ASSUMED Noone there. With the key in the box at the door they just walked in without knocking and my wife still in the bed scaring her very badly. Need better communication before entering cabins just to get started cleaning.
