Fabulous

Dave & Connie were so easy to work with & their condo overlooking the 11th hole was a perfect location in a welcoming community. Along with a resort style pool, there was a "neighborhood" pool as well. Golfing isn't really unlimited due to the Chelsea system, but we got plenty of golf in at reasonable rates as transfer members.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the limited number of homes that allows for unlimited golf. TCP Treviso Bay is one of the most renowned golf courses in south Florida. Adjacent to the Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve. It is truly a unique experience.

The clubhouse feature multiple dining options including Main Dining and Grand Dining.

The unit has a small private pool just steps away and Treviso Bay offers a large resort style pool complete with waterfalls and a sand beach on the property. Full food and beverage service is provided at the pool.
