Welcome to our modern midtown home. As you enter the front door you will find vaulted ceilings with stunning beam work over the living room. Connected to the updated and inviting kitchen complete with gas grill. Down the hallway is the first bedroom with Queen bed, large closet and full bath directly across. A large laundry room with full size washer and dryer comes equipped with all of the essentials. Next you will find the large master suite with en suite and walk in closet. The large master bathroom shower has 2 shower heads plus bench for a perfect spa setting.

Tucson is known for our beautiful night's sky and sunsets. What better place to enjoy than the incredible backyard oasis filled with mature trees, succulents and cactus. Sit under the gazebo and have dinner as you enjoy all this wonderful home has to offer.

Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, downtown and university area, bike paths, Reid Park Zoo and Randolph Golf Course/walking path, botanical gardens, library, I-10 and I-19, movie theaters.

Second visit

Very little change since last year. The cleanest has gone down hill and furniture wear and tear. The master bedroom would be great if it had a TV. I suggest you look at the listings carefully,example spa , there is none. The rental fees are reasonable.

Everything we needed!

After traveling across the nation staying in hotels each night, this place was an oasis! We did a lot of cooking and didnt go out to eat once. Was pleased they had some things I didnt have to buy like coffee filters and a few spices. Pots and pans are basic, but was adequate for my needs. Didn't try the grill and didn't know how to use the outdoor lights, but will use the outdoor space if we come again to the area. Loved the laundry room and hangers in the closet! Such a great clean and comfortable home away from home! Thank you so much! So much better than most of the hotels that are available in the area. Unless you are super picky, you cant go wrong with staying here.

So much better than staying a hotel room!

I stayed in this beautifully furnished, very clean house located a short distance from the University of Arizona campus while moving my daughter into her dorm. Everything about my stay went smoothly. It was so peaceful to have space to relax and spread out. Enjoying meals in with the well-supplied kitchen was a great bonus. I highly recommend this property and hope to return!

Our names are Meredith and Noel and we are local to Tucson, AZ. We moved here 5 years ago with our two children and love all that Tucson has to offer. Our favorite things to do as a family is go hiking and camp on Mount Lemmon.

Why they chose this property

This property is in a prime location in Tucson. We are located just 2 miles from the University of Arizona and just 2 blocks from the U of A bike path. We are close to several amazing restaurants, great shopping and only 20 minutes from the highway. All while feeling secluded in a charming house on a quite street. If hiking and biking are your thing you won't have to look far. We are close to several state parks including Sabino Canyon and Catalina State Park.

What makes this property unique

This house has been beautifully updated. We have also installed a solar panel roof to help produce our own electricity and make less of an impact on the environment. Our backyard is huge and a dog owners dream. We do accept well behaved pets.
