About this property

Horses are welcome as we have extra stalls and turn outs as this is horse property! If you are coming to Arizona for fun in the sun and looking for a private Casita you found your desert oasis! My very private and quiet Casita includes a beautiful king size bed, high end leather queen sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests, new Samsung Q70 LED smart TVs, DirecTV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, private patio with mountain views. Internet WI-Fi via microwave 10-25Mbps and can be limiting. Verizon Cell service is marginal but AT&T is good. Tonto National Forest is .3 miles away. I just installed a new therapeutic Jacuzzi only for use by our guests. Perfect location to explore the western town of Cave Creek, ATV/UTV, horseback riding and for day trips to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Tucson and other fantastic AZ points of interests. Close enough to Scottsdale and so many fantastic restaurants and spas, yet peaceful and tranquil to listen to sounds of the gorgeous Sonoran desert. If you have horses, and you're in town for a horse show or competition, I have extra stalls for your horses and space for your trailer as well, ask for additional pricing! Welcome to Arizona!

Beautiful Casita in New River AZ

Beautifully appointed casita in New River with great sunrise and sunset views. Not too far from civilization- Cave Creek 25 miles away. Hiking trails galore, shopping, dining, live music, museums, etc. The hot tub was a plus after our daily hikes. Our Host has the home we’ll stocked with health/beauty supplies in case you forgot or ran out. Very comfortable King bed. Casita was larger than it appeared in photos. Great 5 days escape!

Paradise in New River

This is an absolutely stunning property. Peaceful, clean. Comfortable and well stocked. Krisee was so accommodating and so pleasant to talk to. She thought of absolutely anything you could possibly need. We would LOVE to come back.

Relaxing and Fun

This Casita is relaxing and quiet. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Went as far as to help us locate a location for Sunday Worship. Also had great knowledge of activity’s in the surrounding area’s. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We will be back in the future.

Beautiful!

We loved this casita. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was also very well-stocked with items you may have forgotten to pack. The location was quiet and peaceful. The views were beautiful. I loved looking at the mountain views from the hot tub. Krisee was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I am providing my private 1K sq ft guest house for your enjoyment. I just installed a new therapeutic Jacuzzi which is a great way to end the day after hiking, biking or horseback riding or just taking in the Sonoran desert under the beautiful starlit skies!

What makes this property unique

In addition to the privacy and quiet setting, mountain views, the Jacuzzi, the horses in the arena and the wonderful accommodations...If you are lucky enough to be here when they are out, a wonderful valley resident about 1/4 mile way lets out her four Macaw parrots twice a day for exercise. They fly our end of the valley and are beautiful site to see. Let me know if you have any questions!
