Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Northeast Ann Arbor. The area is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and the apartment complex is surrounded by green spaces, trees, and parks, providing a serene and relaxing environment. The neighborhood is known for its proximity to the University of Michigan (3 miles), Eastern Michigan University (4.5 miles), and the vibrant downtown area of Ann Arbor (3.5 miles). Other Things to Note:
Please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. There is no elevator in the building, but however the good news is that there are two flights of stairs at most. Please let us know if you have restrictions so we can place you in the most appropriate unit.

In some cases, the community may require additional FCRA compliant screening for guests. If required, we will provide further details on the screening process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our guests.

To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online Boarding Pass with access instructions.

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a security $1,000 security deposit.
