Our home is truly a sanctuary. When you walk through the door you will exhale deeply and smile happily. Its design cultivates calmness and comfort. Navigating the breadth and the crowds of New York City can be exhausting and overstimulating. Our home provides a refreshing refuge. This is a large, quiet and impressively decorated studio in Williamsburg with a private outdoor backyard. We are located in a safe, diverse and hip neighborhood. Great supermarket 2 blocks away, amazing coffee shop on the block and 24 hour mini market on the corner. There is a Subway on the corner (M/J). 10-15 MINUTES TO MANHATTAN

I’m so glad I stayed here. The location is perfect. what a wonderful experience. the apartment had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Danny is a very pleasant host.

Cozy Brooklyn Apartment

We loved staying here! It was one block from the train where you can easily get to manhattan and also other parts of Brooklyn. We spent most of our time exploring Brooklyn and took a lot of Dannys suggestions on the area. The suggestions were great and made us feel like locals. Danny was really easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions plus more! I really liked the decor and feeling of the apartment. It was quiet and cozy and felt like we were on our own little roof island. The king bed was comfy and I liked that the sheets were actually soft! The space was also very clean which I appreciated. It was a little too cold during our stay to enjoy the outdoor space but I’m hoping to rent Dannys apartment again in the summer and spend some time out there. Thank you Danny for the cozy place and awesome suggestions that really made our trip!

cozy oasis in the perfect BK neighborhood

I was really fortunate to have come across this listing! I felt like it was a great deal for what you get. Was visiting my hometown for a few nights and needed a home base that was close to my friends in Brooklyn, but also close to work meetings in manhattan. It’s super close to the bridge, and I was able to zoom back & forth with ease. The immediate neighborhood is walking distance to lots places to grab food & drinks. The apt itself is really cute... I loved that it was a stand-alone unit on a rooftop (the outdoor area is great, would be perfect for a summer stay!) that felt like an urban cabin, if that’s a thing? Haha I definitely plan on returning here when the weather warms up :)
