Skiers and snowboarders looking for quick access to a ski mountain will be happy with this condo since it's located less than a mile from Quick Draw Express Ski Lift, which will take you to the summit of the local ski resort. Head just over 21 miles south to Winter Park Resort for a larger-scale mountain. When the weather warms up, you can hike on the Upper Trail to West Peak - the trailhead is only one and a half miles from your front door. If you want a more relaxing vacation, drive two and a half miles to the Granby Ranch Golf Course, where you can go through each hole on the greens at your leisure. Downtown Granby is home to several restaurants and shops that can be enjoyed at any time of year and is only five miles away.

Building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire, including grills, either in a campground or private residence, is not allowed. No outdoor fires unless it is gas and can be turned off.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
