About this property

Located in the center of the island, near the beaches of Gosier, it allows you to visit both Grande-Terre (Gosier marina, distilleries, surf spots, windsurfing, day cruises) or Basse-Terre (park national, Cousteau reserve, hikes and water hikes, diving). Islands around: Les Saintes, Marie-Galante, La Désirade.

Located in a subdivision 5 minutes from the city center, you benefit from the advantages of the city of Gosier (Casino, beaches, access to the Gosier islet, restaurants, market on Friday evening, fishermen, post office) while relaxing in a VERY quiet and serene.

This is our main house which we rent during the holidays. We
we leave space in each wardrobe, we empty the bathrooms, cupboards in the kitchen are reserved for you so that you can feel at home. We leave common products such as household products, spices, oil, vinegar. You will find a maximum of equipment for your comfort, all in a pleasant and design environment.
The land of 600 m² with trees is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate.

- very pleasant living and dining room (natural ventilation) with a view of the terrace and the swimming pool.

Un très bon séjour

La maison est très confortable, bien conçue et à la décoration moderne. Les climatisations fonctionnent très bien et nous avons apprécié la localisation du Gosier qui permet de rayonner à la fois sur Basse-Terre et sur Grande-Terre. Bref un super séjour ! Merci à Valérie et Éric pour leur accueil.

Un grand merci !

Nous sommes 6 adultes à avoir passer plus de 6 semaines dans la belle maison de Valérie et son mari. Travaillant sur place dans un contexte de crise sanitaire, cette maison fut pour nous un refuge inestimable, un cocon de réconfort et de calme. Les pièces de vie sont ouvertes et agréables, avec le très gros plus de l'espace piscine, propice aux retrouvailles de fin de journée. Le quartier est très calme, tout ce que vous entendrez est le bruit des insectes et oiseaux. Valérie était toujours disponible et prête à répondre aux questions, et nous avons pu laisser nos valises quelques jours de plus chez elle après notre départ. Encore merci, nos souvenirs dans votre maison sont précieux et c'est avec une grande tristesse que nous l'avons quitté ! C'est les yeux fermés que vous pouvez réserver chez eux ;)
