About this property

Furnished and carefully decorated for families that want to feel at home while enjoying a fabulous vacation in the heart of Orlando's favorite entertainment attractions.

18 people can sleep and enjoy comfortably during their stay. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a stand up shower and a bath tub that has direct access to the house pool and spa.

A second room makes it easier for guests who prefer to remain downstairs. The remaining six rooms are nicely located in the second floor and share a large entertainment area that provides a warm and welcoming feeling to watch movies, chat, play board games, or even study.

Each bedroom and space was prepared to provide a different experience that we feel our guests will love.

Three rooms have their own private bathrooms for convenience and privacy. Four rooms have comfortable king size beds and distinctive decoration. The remaining rooms have a mix of full and twin size beds.

Our guests can enjoy the private pool and spa at any time. Alternatively, there is larger pool resembling that of water parks available during daytime at the community's club house.

2024 Family of 17 Getaway

There were 17 of us with ages ranging from 2 to 72. There was plenty of space, pool heat worked well and we had no major complaints about the house at all. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return🙂

Room for Improvement

A few good friends decided on this local rental property for a quick weekend getaway. We were charged a cleaning fee when booked and the host thanked us for cleaning. However, the standard of clean for this property was below average upon our arrival. When removing bed linens from one of the full size beds there was a large stain towards the foot of the bed. The other mattresses were not checked, thank goodness. Spring mattresses were present in all occupied rooms and were uncomfortable. Some guests were sore after sleeping on them. The baseboards were black from buildup. Hair from previous guests was left on the bathroom floors and inside the shower. The grout is black from dirt and the carpet and rugs are dinghy. The couches need to be cleaned and the recliner doesn't recline. We wish parking would have been explained prior to arrival. Only two vehiles fit in the driveway and any additional parking is on the side of the street. Two of the guests had green stickers placed on their windows for blocking the sidewalk. We were previously unware that this was a violation and were left scrubbing these large stickers off. The host didn't provide any additional toiletries as discribed and there were no extra garbage bags in the kitchen. The outside trash receptacle had old trash inside. Several blinds were missing from the sliding glass door and a TV remote. There wasn't an iron available for use. For the amount we paid for our visit, we expected comfort, cleaniness, and quality.

Family vacation to Disney

This is a great property for accommodating a large family. We had plenty of space to spread out. There were a couple of issues at the beginning of our stay that the host responded to immediately. They were not sufficient enough to make any difference in our rating. The location was convenient for a trip to Disney. The property was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils for making meals. There was plenty of seating for meals. The internet went down in the entire subdivision and the host immediately sent a message letting us know with an expected fix time. I would definitely use this property again and recommend to others.

Don’t Stay Here

The home is beautiful however poorly maintained. The home was not cleaned thoroughly, there was presence of human hair, dirt on the carpet and smell of urine on blankets and sheets. The appliances are very cheap and would cut off while cooking. The manager communicated well in the beginning but when there was problems he disappeared and did not respond. There was no mention about parking on the sidewalks and 2 of our cars received tow stickers which caused damage to the widows to remove. There are extra charges for things that should be included such as heating the pool and using pool toys. Overall, I would not recommend this place and I truly regret booking. The pictures are not a true depiction of the actual stage of the home. You are charged a cleaning fee but they do not clean.
