Great Location

The condo is ideally located. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a street market fair on Saturdays.

Loved the Penthouse, location was great, easy walk to PCH for dinners, view was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Love Dana Point!

We took our family to Dana Point for a brief vacation which we absolutely loved. Working with Bill and staying at his place made our stay even more pleasurable. We loved the views of the ocean and the location of this residence. Bill made our stay easy and was even flexible to work with us when hurricane Hilary was coming through. This penthouse is conveniently located to lots of great shops, stores and sites. We did a lot of walking and there are many places to visit within walking distance (Lantern District, Dana Harbor and lots of walking/running trails). Another plus was being able to have our two little dogs join us. There is a nice park 2 blocks down and lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood. The house is well supplied and the AC made the muggy evenings more pleasurable. I loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings looking out at the views. The neighborhood is very quiet despite the closeness of your neighbors next door. If you are looking for a centralized location to view all the wonderful sites at and around Dana Point, I would highly recommend staying at Bill’s penthouse. You will not be disappointed.

Dana Point is the Jewel of Southern California, just the right amount of luxury and low key beach community. South on Pacific Coast Highway from Newport and Laguna Beach.

Why they chose this property

Ocean Views and centrally located to vacation attractions north and south. (i.e. Disneyland, Lego Land, Sea World). Boating in the Pacific is our thing and Dana Point Harbor is the best Family Marina in Southern California. In addition we can walk to the Ferry and take the 1 hour ride to Catalina Island..... a must day trip when you come to So Cal.
