Bright spacious two bedroomed apartment with new air conditioning. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has two large balconies with all day sun and sea views. The balcony off the living area has a BBQ area with dining table, sun beds and outside sofas. The balcony off the main bedroom has sunbeds and dining table with seating. The apartment can sleep up to six people and consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The lounge has a flatscreen TV with satellite stations including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports 1. There is also a DVD player. Pueblo Evita has 3 pools to enjoy including an indoor heated pool (temporarily closed) and a rooftop pool with fantastic views. The apartment is a five minute walk from the beach and promenade. There are many bars and restaurants a short walk from the complex. The award winning Benalmadena Marina is a short walk away with many bars and restaurants. Sea Life is a five minute walk from the Apartment. The beautiful white washed villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas can be accessed by bus. Fuengirola, Malaga are a short train journey away. Benalmadena is an ideal base to visit towns such as Ronda, Cordoba and Granada. Due to the typical Andalusian village architecture and landscape, it would not be suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are no lifts.

Dishwasher missing

the lack of a dishwasher is a big deal for a family. the stove and oven are also really poorly efficient, but the apartment is in a good location and the pool area is nice. the only thing the kids didn't like was that they couldn't jump in the pool.

Fabulous apartment in good location

As a family of four with 13 and 17 year old children this 2 bedroom apartment suited us just fine and we all had a great holiday in the Costa Del Sol. Excellent communication from Judith and Karl from the booking process till the end of our trip. We got a warm welcome from Karl who showed us around the apartment and he ensured we could get in touch with him if needed. The apartment was great for us with plenty of space, 2 bedrooms, 2 large balconies, well equipped kitchen area and much needed air conditioning which we put on before bedtime for a comfortable sleep. There is a few steps up to the apartment however the view from the balconies make the climb worth while. A nice complex with the two pool areas which we made good use of, The Clubhouse restaurant with the big pizza oven and Sam's bar for breakfasts, dinner and refreshments. I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment for hire. Thanks to Judith and Karl

Your host

Judith lives and works in Ireland and bought her lovely property in Pueblo Evita after holidaying for many years in the complex. Benalmadena is an ideal place to live or holiday in as the transport system is so good, Malaga with all the attractions it has to offer is only a 20 min journey by train, which opens up the rest of Spain for exploration.

Why they chose this property

I have spent many holidays in this complex and never tire of spending time here. Whether it's in the Summer or winter time. The complex has two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool so swimming every day is possible and I love to swim! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The complex has all the amenities one could require. My property is very spacious with the added bonus of 2 huge terraces which get the sun all day. There is a fantastic Mercadona across the road where I shop daily.

What makes this property unique

This property had 2 lovely terraces both with sea views and sunny all day, ideal for relaxing on. The rooftop pool has wonderful views and that all important breeze!
