~ Living Aloha ~
- In addition to the large floor plan inside, our condo features a large covered lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture which include a couch and two chairs with ottomans. A perfect spot for you to enjoy that Mai Tai at sunset while relaxing from a long day of adventuring.

- The Plantation at Princeville complex is central to all the must-see spots on the North Shore which include hiking trails, beaches, golfing, snorkeling, and more. Many of which are within walking distance.

- Being one of the newest complexes in Princeville, the Plantation condos offer many upgrades such as AC, a resort-style pool and spa, an on-site fitness center, and more.

- Please note: We have central AC which services the main living space and the large master bedroom. The other two bedrooms do not have vents, though each room has a ceiling fan. We do not charge extra for AC use.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES
With over 1300 sq. ft. our condo can easily accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has a full bathroom making it perfect for families or couples traveling together. With your comfort in mind, we have high-quality linens and bedding, ceiling fans in each bedroom, and beach necessities such as towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. Leaving you to just relax and embrace the Aloha Spirit!

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs during your stay with utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation including a microwave and dishwasher.

LAUNDRY: Off the kitchen next to the pantry you will find a full-size front-loading washer and dryer for your convenience.

LIVING ROOM: The living area features a sofa, recliner, TV, kitchen table, and multiple sliding doors which lead to the lanai making for an open and airy living space everyone in your travel party will enjoy.

BEDROOMS
• Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a California king bed with a ceiling fan, TV, and private access to the lanai. Large ensuite with garden tub as well.
• Bedroom 2: This room has a queen size bed, chair, TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This room has a queen size bed and a desk.

BATHROOMS
• Bathroom 1: The master ensuite features a garden tub and shower, double vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
• Bathroom 2: Situated next to bedroom 2 with tub and shower.
• Bathroom 3: Located across from bedroom 3 with tub and shower.

~OUTDOOR FEATURES ~

LANAI: Large covered lanai with a comfortable outdoor couch and two chairs for you to relax after a long day of adventuring.

COMPLEX: Guests will have access to the Plantations communal pool and spa, as well as the fitness center. You will also find two community BBQ grills for guest use.

PARKING: Ample parking throughout the complex, guests may park in any one of the many designated guest parking spots denoted with white lines. Our complex allows for two vehicles max per condo.

~AREA ATTRACTIONS ~

TRAVEL GUIDE:

ACTIVITES:
Queens Bath – A natural lava pool about 1 mile from the condo. Parking is typically scarce so we recommend either walking from the condo or going early. Note: dangerous during high surf check the conditions before you go. Closed during the winter months.

Snorkeling – On the North Shore our favorite spot is Tunnels, on the South Shore we recommend Po'ipu Beach Park.

Hiking – There are so many amazing hikes on Kaua'i, where do I even begin. Our top favorites are the Kalalau trail to see the breathtaking Na Pali coast (keep in mind this is a very strenuous hike and reservations or permits are required), Sleeping Giant on the East Side of the island is a must, as is Waimea Canyon on the West side (note: some trails require 4WD vehicles).

Golfing – The Makai Golf Course in Princeville is a must-do for avid golfers as this course is rated #1 in all the islands by Golf Digest.

Sprouting Horn – A must-see on the South Shore.

Additional ways to explore: Via air – Helicopter tours are an amazing way to see the entire island, especially the Na Pali coast, we recommend Jack Harter Helicopters. Via sea – another great way to explore the island, we recommend one of Capt. Andy's many boat tours.

BEACHES:
Certainly not an exhaustive list but our favorite spots on the North Shore are Tunnels, Anini (protected by a long reef, this beach is calm and perfect for the little keiki), Hideaways, and Hanalei Pavilion (great for the whole Ohana). On the South Shore, we love Shipwreck (check out the Hyatt grounds while you are here, maybe even a drink at Captain's Bar located in the upper pool area), Brennecke (often a great spot to see some Honu), and Po'ipu Beach Park.

GRINDS:
A few of our favorite spots on the island –
The Spot North Shore – located just a couple miles from the condo offering amazing acai bowls, smoothies, and coffee.
Java Kai – located on the east side offering the best coffee perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Hanalei Poke – this is a food truck that is cash only, don't be too deterred by the long line it's worth the wait!
Wishing Well Shave Ice – our favorite shave ice spot, in addition to shave ice they offer acai bowls and coffee.
Shrimp Station – there are a few located across the island and I admit I am not a fan of shrimp but their coconut shrimp is out of this world!
The Dolphin Restaurant – a great spot for sushi or any other seafood favorites.
Farmers Markets – a great way to explore native Hawaiian fruits and veggies, stop at any and all markets. I personally recommend trying apple bananas and rambutans!
Foodland – this is our local grocery store, just a couple miles away from the condo.
