With floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the neighboring ocean cove, this contemporary home is a showcase for passing whales, playful seals, and other serene beauties of the Northern California Coast. Curl up in the window seat in the warmth of the gas fireplace, prepare holiday feasts in the well-appointed kitchen as the kids retreat to the loft, and bring your sunset cocktails or evening coffee outside to one of three decks. There's even an outdoor hot tub that's perfectly enclosed for privacy - a wonderful spot to admire the nighttime sky full of stars.

This oceanfront home sits immediately south of Stengel Beach, right along one of the most scenic stretches of coastline in Sea Ranch. The ocean bluffs are only 60 feet away, allowing you direct access to the Bluff Trail - the incredible oceanfront path that runs almost the entire length of Sea Ranch, connecting to a network of other trails in the community. You'll be a quarter-mile stroll (or a half-mile drive) from the Ohlson Recreation Center, which offers a large heated outdoor pool, saunas, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. You can tee off at the Sea Ranch Golf Links four miles north, or head into downtown Gualala (six miles north) to grab breakfast at Trinks Cafe, pick up fresh groceries at the Surf Market, or browse the wonderful selection at Four-Eyed Frog Books.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one active camera on-site. It's in the courtyard near the roof eaves just above the laundry room windows. It faces the front entry gate and captures most of the courtyard only. No cameras inside.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
