SandyToes is a comfortable, pet-friendly (dogs only, maximum 2 allowed, weight/breed to be disclosed at booking) home with private pool, located just 200 feet from the private neighborhood beach access. With 2,516sf of indoor and outdoor porch living (1,632 interior sf), SandyToes has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and will sleep up to 8 guests; large pool measures 14' x 28' (not heated). Being surrounded by the Grayton Beach State Park gives Gulf Trace guests ONE FULL MILE of beautiful, undisturbed beaches to enjoy; with 2 private neighborhood beach accesses. Extremely popular, simple, no frills - but just 3 houses removed from the most beautiful stretch of beach along 30A! PLEASE NOTE - Golf carts and on-street parking are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the Gulf Trace neighborhood, per neighborhood covenants.; private pool is not heated; dogs are not allowed on the beach.
