About this property

Built in 1776, the dovecote is a typical Quercy building. Its slender appearance will charm you. Arranged in a cozy nest, you will enjoy all the modern comfort without the authenticity of the place being betrayed. Located in a pleasant and calm place, the view is clear on the surrounding countryside, the place is ideal to spend a stay in the Lot! Weekly rental only in June and September. Deposit 150 €. Cleaning on request 40 €, sheet rental 15 € / week, bathroom towel rental 5 € one.

On the ground floor, in the vaulted living room with exposed stones, 2 leather armchairs, the LCD TV and WiFi, with independent entrance, giving direct access to the terrace (12m2) and the estate. Upstairs, the integrated kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob, an electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer and a TV.

On the same floor, bathroom with WC, access to the small terrace (4m2). On the 2nd floor, the magnificent bedroom (1 bed 1.40m) and its apparent solid wood frame. Electric heating. Unfenced land. All charges included except tourist tax. 2 mountain bikes available. Petanque.
