Spacious yet comfy with a fireplace and great room concept offering plenty of sleeping space. Upgraded bath and flooring.

This one bedroom, one bath comfortably accommodates family and or friends with beds that sleep 6 and an Ikea pop up trundle bed sofa couch that will sleep 2. The modern décor adds to the cozy and relaxed atmosphere. The private balcony with access from the living room allows you to take in the crisp, mountain air. Cozy up when it’s time to wind down as there is a wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything for the cook in your family or group: stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is 1 ski locker as well located near the common area front exit. You will really enjoy your time in this condo as it offers everything a family could want at one of the most sought after ski resort experiences. Rent the adjoining next door and you'll have another bedroom to add to the package.

Highly efficient Kirkwood condo

This cozy condo is highly efficient in its layout, and has everything you need in a home away from home. It has plenty of outlets and hooks, a rice cooker, air purifier and even a waffle maker. Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there are elevators and luggage carts, which is helpful. I loved that there is a ski locker downstairs for us to use (it was a very tight squeeze for 4 pair of skis, definitely not big enough for a board). The indoor hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Kelly the manager was very responsive with all of our needs. Having a covered garage was clutch on very snowy days. Although the building is a short 8-10 minute walk away from chair #5, it was still better to take the shuttle when lugging all of our kids' skis. We found that the door code to the unit was not too hard to use. You just have to enter it quickly. We will definitely need to come back.

Great location.

Great location, enough space for a family. Nice to have streaming services included. My only criticism is that after the ski day on Saturday, there was no hot water for the shower (just warm water). Otherwise, a great place.

Super convenient condo

The condo is clean, cozy and quiet. The location is great- super easy to walk to chair 6 or the Timber creek teaching area. The property management company was immediately responsive when I had an issue with the key pad and was very quick to resolve the issue. My daughter and I had a great stay and would happily stay here again in the future.

Building could use some updates and new carpet but the room itself was great. Nice sleeping arrangements and easy walk to the lift. I would definitely stay here again.
